Why Psychotherapy?

Past experiences and burdens cause the individual to feel the past in the present time. Clients can be liberated from the burden and pain of OLD WOUNDS and trauma via the practice of IFS. By applying EMDR, we help clients replace unwanted thoughts, feelings, or emotions with healthier and more adaptive options to create lasting change. Through special training in Clinical Hypnosis, we help clients get into a more relaxed state of mind to access unconscious memory and accept positive suggestions. Moreover, we proudly offer qEEG NeuroGuide and NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback, which are an FDA-approved technology based on neuroscience and help clients balance and normalize their brain function and body regulation. We also offer LGBTQ2S+ affirming therapy and child and adolescent therapy, provided by clinicians who create a safe, culturally sensitive, and developmentally informed space for healing and growth. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, we invite you to contact our Calgary psychology clinic to book an appointment.
